PolyCom550 MWI

 Ok had a new client start with us this morning. And of course my PBX guy has no internet. So I have PolyCom5050's that the message waiting indicator light aren't lighting up on. 
 Yes PBX side things are fine (Elastix)
 Yes the basic settings phone side are fine.I am pretty sure I have to go into the firmware and change things..... UMMM NO STINKING IDEA HOW TO DO THAT!!! #NOTAPBXENGINEER #IHAVENTWORKEDONAPBXINYEARS #HELPBEFOREIKILLSOMEONE

 How do you deal with firmware remotely? telnet into the phone? or rather SSH?

 I actually just need to do a how to for the hands on guy there. THANKFULLY!! But he needs really specific directions.

 I'm about to start testing a FreePBX for my Cisco phones.... I don't want to upgrade CCM/Unity.
