Really? Did you call Microsoft? If we just bought a new copy, they need to make it work.

The keys are invalid is the issue, with our action pack. We have had this happen before took me a week of arguing with MS to get it fixed.

@Mike-Ralston any luck with getting that Windows installed? Be sure to post here in ML the moment you run into any stumbling blocks. That's a huge part of the value of the lab - to produce problems to force the interns to figure them out. The first step is to Google it, the second is to post here for insight!

Aye, but the issue is that Microsoft is giving us invalid keys. Not something people can help with so much. If any other problems come up, I will be posting.

Even after a full set of new keys was recently issued?

We just bought a retail copy of Windows 8.1 and the keys were invalid? Full details please.

We were going to buy a physical copy, and you reminded us we had digital copies. We tried to use those, and two of them gave us invalid CD keys. We've been talking to people over at Microsoft trying to get everything working.

Oh. See you leave out critical info that leads us down a rabbit hole. Okay so MS is having key issues with the Action Pack. And we are talking to them about the issue.
