        @Veet yes, using one of the available virtual machines with ONLYOFFICE pre-installed, you get Community Server, Document Server and Mail Server, the whole system to organize your remote team collaboration.

                We use Trello. Free and everyone seems to love it. Tried Asana for a while but prefer Trello.

                    Yes, Trello is pretty interesting, but they don't have a self-hosting/on-premise option...

                              Yes, it's amazing, if you like a team-collaboration with a "Social Network" twist to it .. But, don't expect features like the ones you see on Yammer .. Also, if you're doing a on-site installation, then you may find it heavy on the System requirements (4gb ram)
