I bet they called the coast guard. There was a local guy around here that caught 20lb bail of it from the beach. He left and got away with until he posted it on Facebook lol.

She also told us that alcohol is so addictive that many people cannot stop after their first drink and become alcoholics and homeless from having one drink.

I agree with you there. I am unsure how I will handle drugs with my children, but I sure as hell wont lie to them and tell them it is going to kill them if they touch it.
