@wirestyle22 *sigh.....I took the deal Gamestop had going on and spent birthday money to get my $225 PS4. Sold my PS3 to them and all games. (at that time the PS4 was $400)

sell it, get the xb1. then lets roll.

Or get a PC... and have access to lots of games for way less money.

^ that is one of the reasons I never really got into consoles.

It's why I left consoles. For the cost of a decent console and a few games I've got a higher end gaming rig, that is more portable, more powerful and has 1,200 games!!

Everything about games is horridly expensive these days.
              PC/XBONE/PS4
Shiny New Game! Buy (mostly complete) game for an overly inflated price and THEN buy bits n pieces to "complete" the game (DLC), other micro-transactions for early/unique unlocks, season passes --> Look! Shiny New Game! rinse and repeat.

I think I'll stick to buying games >2 years old when they get super cheap and DLC inclusive.
Also, most of the bugs should be ironed out too 😄

FYI they have websites that you can sell your games/consoles on. I'm not a console gamer so maybe someone else can help you with that but you don't need to always take gamestop as your only option. There's no going into the past with it but it's literally never in your favor to trade-in at gamestop. 😞

Unfortunately we let them get away with it and make it a successful business model.

I'm trying to take no part in it. I've been successful so far but I'm not making promises about the future. There might just be something that's too good to wait for. Highly unlikely but I'll leave the door ajar

Not in the US. You can modify a standard desktop for $150 to run nearly all games easily. And you can buy gobs and gobs of awesome games from Steam, GOG and others for pennies. I think my average game purchase is like $1-$2!! So cheap.

It's tough when games are still mildly successful with pay to win--I mean even outside of mobile games.

Loving Stardew Valley. If you haven't played Undertale I highly recommend it.

I got one of those around a year ago. Got myself a 10000mah usb battery/charger and a bluetooth to aux jack adapter for the car.

                                            Well.......darnit I guess I could start getting a new build together piece by piece. Definitely not fixing my dinosaur. What's a DDR2 and a Q9650? Lol...or a GTX 280....
