so @dashrender will be getting one then?
-
Can you imagine the bloatware on it?
-
images aren't working.
while It's cool and all, I'll only end up with a used one for after it's outlived it lifespan, and then it will maybe go into the collection... that is assuming I don't ditch my collection and become a man without a home like Scott by then.

Being that it is a dark side themed laptop, it appropriately ships with Windows

That's funny. It would be really awesome if they brought out a Linux based model that was Rebel themed.

I'm out of touch.... are the rebels still a thing? Or is it the New Republic now? The dark side are the underdog rebels now, aren't they? I have no idea what is happening in Star Wars anymore.

No one does because the continuity is being rebooted.

I haven't read any of the new books that explain what happens for the new canon for the new movies. I'm guessing that like the Zahn trilogy that the Empire still exists, but it's been cooped by someone and renamed the New Order, no different than when Palpatine took over the Republic and renamed it the Galactic Empire.
I haven't even watched the normal trailer or the French release a few days ago.

I assume you mean the Japanese release that had new content.

@JaredBusch aww.. yeah probably, again I'm skipping all of it, so I wasn't sure..

Yeah, ah, thanks Disney. Cashed up Tweens everywhere are rejoycing.
It actually needs repulsor lifts, Bacta tanks, included hyper drive or a death star laser to actually be impressive -
