Time Keeping, Billing and Payments
-
WE currently use Wave but I will admit we are spending time and effort retyping time and service provided from our ticketing system every month. Now very few of our clients do need to be billed hourly, most everyone is on Managed Service Contracts. So those are easy and automatic each month.

We have looked into Freshbooks. Maybe that is worth taking a look at?

I've used Freshbooks for my freelance works, the moment I start a work for them, I use my Android freshbooks app, select the client and select the billable project, start the timer, Once the task is completed, when I stop the timer, it logs the timesheet+ create an invoice with the standard hourly charges I set in the freshbooks system! Pretty neat, can then track the overall time spent, send consolidated invoice to client, get paid and close the task.

I still enjoy using RepairShopr. It does inventory, ticketing/documentation, estimates and invoicing and works with QB if you want. I even have the plugin for MaxNow.

I use Freshbooks and LOVE it. invoices, support tickets, client documents. Reporting is great. Clients love it! Recurring invoices too!
-
Obviously late to the game, but I use ERPNext.

Currently using FreeAgent in the UK but did look at Xero before.

I too use freshbooks. Love it.

Been using Connectwise for a very long time. Well worth the money. Does a lot more than I need but once setup it recoups a lot of time and pays for itself every month.

I use Freshbooks, for the super tiny amount I need it.
