Well that's just a bummer. In the eighties I thought by now I would be vacationing or workign on a space station that had parks and rivers in it.

@thanksaj well then change the way you have it setup. For best practices and SEO, the latest post should be a snippet.

That sucks. No idea what might be going on.
Finally I decided to contact support. I went to my O365 dashboard and clicked on New service request and did the drop downs for technical support, SharePoint online, OneDrive for Business Sync Client or Workspace, Sync Issues the clicked next.
There was a recommended troubleshooter to click, so I did. The MS o365 Support Assistant downloaded then started running checks via the browser.
Issues found: The signed-in user is not a tenant admin. Tenant admin rights are necessary to view your SharePoint libraries. Click on the link 'get help fixing this issue' in the actions pane located on the right side of the screen for assistance.
So I am sent this page Assigning admin roles. I get to step 5 (assign role) and there is a red bordered box with text saying "You can't edit your own security settings, so not all settings are available here" and of course the assign role is greyed out.

RE: Improving Wordpress Performance
@thanksaj ok...well you didn't need that plugin to do that. WP comes with the ability for people to comment and if you wanted ratings you could add using custom fields without the overhead of a plugin and its links.
Like this article from Smashing Magazine.

@thanksaj, sometimes you can place the js in the footer for later loading times.
I have not heard of the plugin and I just spent 30 minutes checking out. I am intrigued by it but at this time would not encourage a client to use it. There are too many "way cool plugin" type of reviews (everyone is drinking the Koolaid). Another metric, I haven't heard it mentioned in Moz or any of the LinkedIn WordPress groups I belong to.
I will be keeping my eye on this plugin and their webpage which has all the posts of everyone who uses the plugin.
Every item with significant load times, so 750ms or more, is pretty much something related to FeedWeb.
Agreed and sometimes you have to trim the fat elsewhere and deal with the odd plugin IF it provides offsite SEO (good links). I will have to test on a new website using our hosting to see if I get the same performance hit.

RE: NAS needed
@scottalanmiller My experience with Onedrive (consumer) and Dropbox have been fine, but my ODfB experience has not.
Dropbox is $15/month. I will see if they want to do a free trial to see if it fits for them. Perhaps Max Focus Online Backup will suffice as their backup.

RE: NAS needed
@scottalanmiller I asked this question because of those who posted "why not use the cloud or a PC share instead of NAS". Neither usually has RAID and is sort of like a network share..
Since I looked at the specs and saw that it included JBOD or RAID it seemed like a good question to ask, espeically for a small business with only 2 PCs (which don't have RAID). I presumed in this case the professional thing was to provide network storage instead of sharing a PC's hard drive or hanging a USB device off a PC and sharing that.
Keeping it simple with backup using same device but separate hard drives didn't seem to be casual storage to me.
I am a big fan of RAID and have used it consumer devices before I even worked on servers. However when did the rule become all devices that store data or share data must have RAID for all business needs?
Yes I would prefer selling my client a pair of these, one for backup and one for sharing the files. However as I said in my original post we don't have much data yet. I would be it is way below 100 GB. And then there is the reality of businesses budget or lack thereof.

RE: NAS needed
I was thinking if I got the Synology Disk Station DS214se I could use it with JBOD instead of RAID.
One drive could be the shared drive and the other drive could be the backup drive.
Would that work or do I just need 2 devices?

RE: OneDrive for business
Well, just my luck...nothing has changed...still eating up my CPU and memory saying it's syncing files...tested a file today created at 9:30am and still no sync.

RE: UGH - Like post an answer already!!
I feel for you. I spent 3 support sessions to hear oh...you will have to send that in. WTF....2 PCs exibiting the same issue and there is no other support available so yep...send in your businesses only working PC.
The best part is that I figured it out...and they still call it a hardware issue AND it still would require the PCs to be returned so they could be examined.. More to come on this fiasco but I gave them 24 hours to contact me before sharing the gory details.

NAS needed
I have a client with less than a GB of data that I need to start sharing with a NAS. They have 2 users both with the 20-20 program (CAD) and they need to be able to both open the work files from their own desktop.
Each PC has the program on it, we just need the data to be centralized.
And there is no backup on or offsite yet.
A two bay NAS with RAID sound good for disk failover sounds good but I don't need 4TB of data. Also I realize I will still need a separate device for backups.
What are your recommendations?

RE: Slow PC
@thanksaj in my example I would need to find an new unopened Asus PT6 motherboard. At this time only thing available is new opened boxes from Hong Kong and China. There are some used ones available too.
NOS could be found as clearanced items since they are new items but old stock that most people don't want. Like a brand new 8GB harddrive from Maxtor.
