I'll Learn Elastic instead

What pricing are we looking at for other solution like
Arctic Wolf?
Rapid 7?
Azure Sential?(Hate companies that don't show pricing, as if they are in £££££ range, the demo wont be install or tried.)

This is not because Elastic is bad, it is because it is complex.
Agreed, it's a beast of a system.
The SIEM part requires a "Basic" license, but seems to be around $200 / year. -

@hobbit666 You mean issues talking about the whole controller or using the api clients? The api clients where not meant to be used directly in the controller.
My personale controller is still on Debian 9, and my desktop is Kubuntu 20.04, this is where I connected from using unificontrol
Think this is where i was getting confused i was trying to run it from the controller itself. I'll try again tomorrow.

Because it is too complex to use as a SEIM unless you already know a lot about it.
Agreed, i've been looking at it for checking over logs from all our servers. But one minutes it's workign fine then boom errors all over the place
. So need to look for a new system myself for this and log management -

I also use https://unificontrol.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html which is a python3 version based on the work of hte Unifi-Api-Client above listed, and just get the values I want with it.
This just getting the list of devices from the default site, but you could go through all your sites and get all devices

import ssl import unificontrol client = unificontrol.UnifiClient(host="UNIFI_CONTROLLER",username="UNIFI_CONTROLLER_USERNAME",password="UNIFI_CONTROLLER_PASSWORD",site="default",cert=cert) devices = client.list_devices() for i in range(len(devices)): ... print ("Name,IP") ... print (devices[i].get('name') + "," + devices[i].get('ip')) ... # Results Name,IP G&G Main Room,10.10.10.101 >>>What OS are you using for your controller. Having a few issues with mine Debian GNU/Linux 10 install

@travisdh1 I believed @hobbit666 was looking to get a spreadsheet of AP's from a controller.
Correct, i need to create a CSV file of all the APs with their IP address to import into Zabbix

@travisdh1 That only show the AP's for one site. Sorry should of mentioned "all" from "all" sites

Yeah, everyone seems to have that story. From my personal experience, it seems that 90% of cyptocurrencies have been lost. No wonder the value is so high! lol
For me i just lost interest and thought it wouldn't come of anything. Also couldn't afford to run things 24/7

Man has two guesses to unlock bitcoin worth $240m
We've all been there - brain fog makes us forget our password and after eight frantic attempts, we have just two left.
That's the situation for programmer Stefan Thomas but the stakes are higher than most - the forgotten password will let him unlock a hard drive containing $240m (£175m) worth of Bitcoin. His plight, reported in the New York Times, has gone viral. Ex-Facebook security head Alex Stamos has offered to help - for a 10% cut. Bitcoin has surged in value in recent months. One bitcoin is currently worth $34,000. But the cryptocurrency is volatile. And experts are divided about whether it will continue to rise or crash. This is what scares me about cryptocurrencies. Seems like everyone has this happen to them. It's so easy to essentially ransomware yourself.
I did some crypto stuff myself. No idea if i got to a single coin, but no idea what wallet i used or where the password etc are
could have $34,000 somewhere lol
