when it reach the print queue just still there (only blinks) i didn't try to print directly to the printer

@favianmedina Right now they are using the brand that comes with the printer, no special one is shown on the labels

@CCWTech Rith Now in total they have 2 Dymo labelwriter 550 (can't print) and 1 Dymo labewriter 450 (currently working)

@CCWTech They have another DYMO 450 labelwriter Twin Turbo with IO gear print server also

Can someone help me with the instalation of Dymo Labelwriters 550 that printer is on a print server IO gear we manage to install on Windows 10 but it's not working when we try to print on the Print Queue is the job but doesn't print.
