@ajstringham We used to walk along the trails in the green spaces. They are all over that area. Does your apartment complex have a gym? People would be there if you went at the right time, and then maybe you'd get some social in. How about walking to a restaurant instead of driving?

@ajstringham Hmmm... well, doctors are not infallible, but the exercise suggestion is a good one. Try taking a walk in the evening.

I just took an "Are you bipolar?" quiz, not cause I thought I was, but because I was curious what questions were on it, and one of the questions was "do you feel like you don't need sleep, or have you ever had a period of time where you needed very little sleep, but were functioning normally."

Yeah, I guess, it's just that I can't understand how they don't know this? I think that non-technical people get so discombobulated when having to make decisions about technology that all logical thinking gets thrown right out the window.
