We're excited to announce that MangoCon 2019 will be held at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Las Colinas! This brand new venue is located in the Toyota Music Factory complex and is surrounded by restaurants and bars with plenty of hotels nearby. It's close to both DFW and Love Field airports, so no matter from where you're flying, it will be easy to get to.

@JaredBusch brought to our attention that it's so new that the GoogleMaps satellite view still shows it as a pile of dirt! So we will be heading down there to confirm the existence of sidewalks between the Alamo Drafthouse and the closest hotels. Hey everybody! I'm a little late to the party, but here to help and give advice on travel stuff, if you need it.
Tip #1: Check Farecompare.com to see good options out of your local airports, keeping in mind that you may have to do a few searches to check prices to Syracuse, Buffalo, and Rochester. Talk to me if you're having any trouble with it, I use it ALL THE TIME.
#2. Search the Jetblue and Southwest websites directly.
#3. Learn to pack carry-on only. You will be so very happy that you did! You can easily pack for a conference in a carry-on bag, especially a casual one like MangoCon.

I'm one of the introverts that had a fun time at the 80s party. Was it too loud? Yup, but I just saw it as a show, I danced my ass off with friends to music I love, and then I gathered as many people as I could and brought them to Touche's for the unofficial after-party.
