When I looked at colo it included 100/100 in the price, no idea if it was redundant or not.
This is Tier IV here. Everything redundant. This is top end. You can't buy better. Redundant generators, UPS, HVAC, tight security, loads of independent networking gear and providers.
How much bandwidth do you get with your 1/4 rack?
By default, 25Mb/s unmetered. Their website says 25MB/s but I'm pretty sure that that is a typo.
https://www.colocationamerica.com/colocation/
That's default, you can always negotiate for other packages.
An extra 1TB of bandwidth is only $20, too.
Eh? 25 Mb/s unmetered would mean 64,800,000 Mb (or 8,100,000 MB) in a 30 day month. That's around 8 TB/month - unless unmetered means something else
I sincerely apologize for the misinformation, we need to change our cart--the 1TB add-on is for our dedicated server options.
We don't monitor the transfer amount for colo, but you're capped at 25 Mb/s. We charge at the 95th percentile, but most of our clients will never reach it. But we can increase that transfer rate for a very small fee.

- Start working out and becoming more active. I'm not going out, getting a gym membership for an entire year and only using it for a day. Just thinking about starting off with some walking/jogging/running and some aerobics to burn the fat off. Not so much on building muscle yet as to lose the weight.
Hi, "Fitness Guy", here....weight training will burn a ton of fat. You don't have lift like you're trying to compete in a strongman or enter a bodybuilding contest, but even moderate weight training is far better than standard aerobics for burning fat.
Couple a moderate weight training program with High Intensity Interval Training in cardio, and you'll lose a ton of fat.
HIIT = jog for 1 minute, sprint for 30 seconds, jog for 1 minute, sprint for 30...repeat for 20 mins.
Good luck!
If you're not inclined to buy a gym membership as you said, go buy a kettlebell and do it at your home. Russian swings, cleans, press squats and more are a great way to exercise.
Turkish Get-Ups will make you hate life.

How much is your cloud solution that included backups? What are the backup windows and recovery times?
When I looked at colo it included 100/100 in the price, no idea if it was redundant or not.
Crazy, stupid redundant. We gotta be, especially in LA.

RE: News Ideas for City Driving
I dig a lot of this, especially the "charges while driving" thing. It might be a little far off in terms of implementation, but it'd be a great idea for the wealth of parking garages here in LA.
The biggest thing that stopped me from buying electric was that I didn't have anywhere to plug in at my residence.

RE: Apple iTune Backup Restore: Fails
Yep, that's the app. I think you can change the settings in General > Storage & iCloud Usage > iCloud Manage Storage > [Choose Device] > Show All Apps and switch it on/off from there.

Yeah, I'm just seeing it now. Apparently I didn't scroll down far enough before deciding to post.

MangoCon was months ago your hang over should be gone by now.
I DON'T DRINK AND IT TAKES A LOT LONGER FOR THE HANGOVERS TO SUBSIDE. Like, months, apparently.

Verizon refuses to participate because some Note 7 users don't have another phone to switch to.

Preston Lacy from Jackass is from my home town and comes back here all the time. I run into him at local bars. Super nice guy, but being the 1 celebrity in town, We try to leave him alone and not make stupid jokes while the guy is just trying to go out for a beer in peace.
You should try and make him feel more welcome by like, kicking him in the crotch, or something.

RE: Who's the Most Famous Person You've Ever Met?
Too many.
MOST famous? Seinfeld, maybe?
My personal favorites? Dave Chappelle and Hulk Hogan.

My dad taught me to distract people then hit them upside the head with a 2x4. It's highly effective.
I'm immune to distractions.
And poison ivy.

What kind of games you like to play would be an important factor.
Yeah, for sure. I just saw a guy playing it on the plane yesterday and thought it might be a good thing to have for flights and late-night/random boredom.
My daughter likes it but doesn't use it often. More, cheaper and better games on tablets and phones today.
Yeah don't you like playing on your phone?
While I like the games on my phone/tablet, I get bored after a bit. I'm also a sucker for having a controller in my hands.
Also, a lot of the good ones force you to purchase shit to get the complete experience or be competitive, etc. I understand that's the name of the game in terms of DLC nowadays on consoles, but I also get a complete game upon purchase with consoles.
