The filling would be easy, it's that long, Wellington shape that makes it hard to cook right. I've done a full tilt beef Wellington before, turned out ok but it's hard to avoid the soggy bottom.

Ruabaga or "Swede" are delicious. Similar to a turnip or potato. But better flavour.

I love them. @pchiodo grew up in a town with a rutabaga festival!
I think maybe they don't grow as well in GA, so they are far less prevalent than taters or parsnips.
