Chicken Paella (without fish etc)
Or we'd call it fish paella.
Traditional Paella is with chicken, rabbit, fish, mussels and shrimps. That's why I said "without fish"
I've never seen paella with chicken or rabbit, just seafood. But I'd definitely eat the hell out of paella with rabbit, those little buggers are delicious!!!
Never see that either, and I've lived in Spain!

@aaron You eat it for all meals? No side effects of a liquid only diet?

I did 100% for awhile. Lately I'm eating with colleagues for lunch or friend/family for dinner a couple times a week. I was 100% for a few weeks. My basic guideline is not cooking at home unless I want to make some awesome meal on a Sunday afternoon. No quick making spaghetti or tuna sandwiches. I'm probably 70%.
A side effect at first was fairly urgent bowel movements while my gut bacteria adjusted, I probably should have eased into it, i did jump in 100% at first, that settled after a few days. Then ive pulled back with the meals at restaurants. If not for those restaurant meals I do, I'd be like 95%
Did you lose weight as a result? Any hunger or was one drink enough for a "meal"?

@aaron How is that working out for you?
Quite well. I'm a bachelor and find eating at home to be a similar task as buying fuel for my car. Drinking a bottle of Soylent 2.0 gets me on with my day. Rather than buying all this stuff that is gonna spoil before I use it all.
I've found it to have a nice effect where when I do go out to a meal, I enjoy socializing rather than eating being a laborious necessary task.
If I were a bachelor I'd probably go down this route as well. I've heard really good reviews from people about Soylent.

Soylent taste like chalk. It's horribly bland, but not at the same time. If it had flavor (anything) it would be decent.
Plus Soy messes with your hormones and men shouldn't consume large amounts of it as it causes body growths of the women variety (uppers no lowers)

I think 2.0 taste like Cheerios milk and is quite pleasant. Yes, it does have soy protein isolate. While I don't know much about that specifically, I don't know much about the food at Taco Bell either and that's where I would have gone.
@wirestyle22 yes I have lost weight (on purpose). Probably could be more, the 400 cal bottles make calorie counting easy. They do elmininate the hunger andi fel good to go for at least 5 more hours, sometimes I do want some candy though and the break room isn't helping.
Thanks for the info. I'm trying to shed some pounds before my wedding in about a year.

@wirestyle22 check our /r/Soylent on Reddit. It has a lot of stuff, including DIY and competition products. They'll be more useful than me
Thanks!

In Texas and from Memphis, so..... BBQ! Had some Big Beef Ribs for lunch (Thursday Special - $9.99 w/ 2 sides). They are great ribs and are pasture raised, no hormones, etc, etc
