If I get a supersonic egg burrito from Sonic, maybe throw in tots or cinnasnacks...that stuff lasts me nearly all day. Half the time I can skip lunch entirely. Very filling.
Yeah because it's over 1/4 of your suggested daily intake (2000 calories).
I'd be pretty full off of that as well.
Foods that are calorie dense don't necessarily have to also be filling. A 1400 calorie frapp coffee desert drink barely registers.
But ya, the egg burrito, while I can't exactly define it as health food, is not bad. They put jalapenos in there, onion, tomato. I like to think it offsets the tortilla and cheese parts

Mushroom risotto
Throw some spinach in there near the end. Makes it double yum! Our favorite risotto.

I can't remember if you eat pork or not, but if you do, filet a marinaded pork tenderloin, and stuff it with mozzarella cheese and spinach mixture (wilted with garlic and shallots), roll it up and grill on Med high for 3 minutes per side (mid/mid-rare). YUM! That is my summertime go to.

No pork here. Seafood yes, but no terrestrial meat. No whale either.

The spinach mixture works pretty good as a bed underneath grilled lobster/scallops.
