Here it is as a PDF...
-
That makes my eyes bleed.
It needs to start off by summarizing things down a lot.
-
First thing... remove the objective. Pointless, they know that because you submitted this resume to someone. it's redundant and just filler.
-
Also, remove all the damned dead space with the left hand headers.
-
A single, condensed font would be a huge help.
-
In general, training is not something that we put on resumes. Who cares how you know what you know, the question is what do you know. If anything, you look better without training than with it.

Assisted in the deployment and configuration a Gentoo
(Linux) domain.A Gentoo system? Seriously?
-
SQL Server is not an operating system.

So I'm no authority with Windows, but I'm assuming you could remove the 2000 Pro/Server, 2003 Server, and XP from that list.
-
And maybe it's just my PDF reader but this is aligned strangely. I'd remove the Office software. You also misspelled internet.
-
get it down to one page by removing stuff like "static IP addresses"
If you can setup a VPN, you probably know your way around static/DHCP IP addresses. -
Delete page 3. It's all covered above. What's not covered, you don't need. I don't think too many people looking for a sysadmin care if you know PhotoShop or FrontPage.

(Honda, Mercedes
Benz, BMW & Land Rover, Porsche, Audi, and Mazda). What does that have to do with anything?
-
I think a fresh approach should be taken on this one. If there is a known job out there, look it what it's asking for and try to get the relevant parts of that resume on one page.
-
I am not a big fan of online resume builders, but this person might want to try that just to get to a point where the resume is readable. Then we can work on the resume from there. At this point it needs to burned to the ground.
-
The formatting doesn't even match throughout the resume. It seems like they did one section at a time with a completely different thought process on each section.

I'd basically remove it all, it's not stuff you highlight knowing. XenServer and Hyper-V are the only real IT skills on this list and they are shoved into a single line together!

If you can setup a VPN, you probably know your way around static/DHCP IP addresses. There is a lot of stuff like that on there... like every network share and user account made is listed. It makes it look like that's all that was ever done.

I am trying to be nice here, but Word is definitely not one of their strengths.
-
This should not be over one page in length, the content does not support it.
