Email Error Logging on Spiceworks

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to see email errors on a SW instance? I have one where POP is working but the same account with SMTP is not working. So it opens tickets but cannot respond that they have been made.

What version of SW are you using? (for confirmation)

In the advanced EMAIL settings there should be Email Logging as an option.

You'll want to look at the production.log specifically

I've verified the settings. Argh. Still not sending out.

Try the
finder_ar.log for email issues.

Getting this:
Error on outgoing settings: Sending email from SMTP server failed: end of file reached -
This sounds like a SW error, to me.

In the mean time you could simply set the HELO domain and be done, maybe?
