In Windows 8.1 Snipping tool option is not able to use.The issue is with only one machine.
      What may be the issue?
While opening Snipping tool, the administrator privilege error coming at administator account itself.
      Any suggestions??

I have never used the snipping tool until just now. I have been using GreenShot.

You may try that as an alternative. But since SnipIt is part of the Windows OS, I am not sure as to why it would require Admin privileges...

Try ShareX it's a great tool for screen captures, snipping etc.
