In Windows 7 32 Bit OS,the user connects the Citrix VDI as well as the remote machine. The procedure starts with the giving credentials. When the user provides credentials the error shown as HTTP not found.
I have checked with the host entries also, there is no change with other users.
Only one user has this issue. The user can to login at other machine without error.
Whether MPLS needed to be checked now?

If the broken machine is in the same local network as the working machine, then MPLS is not your problem.

ask your VDI people to see what the logs say for this client trying to connect to them.

Are you able to access any logs on the server to see if the server is actually seeing the client connect?

How are you to troubleshoot if you don't have access to the logs?

You may need to check with the guys that manage that Citrix server.

Edit: Can you get us a screen shot?

Access is permission. If you don't have permission to work on the issue, it's not your issue. Just open a ticket or whatever and pass it on to the right people.
