That's true. You see more of the beta testing and people using things before they are released.

Ya, I would be surprised if all of these issues happened with the XOA product.

Knowing that you are pushing this product (XO) is definitely helpful toward that end.
I got the answer I was looking for, which is - yes it's definitely something IT admins should be using or at least learning.
