      What has changed on your network?

      • Is your edge server is a DMZ?
      • Has anyone made network changes? Config/hardware/moved ports etc

        Are you getting any errors in your DNS server?

            the reason ... sytem on that date are fine .. email incoming and outgoing fine ... that why

              Yes, we weren't questioning that. We were questioning if losing the mail from in between then and now was worth trying to figure out if the issue was internal or external.

                @scottalanmiller itu just different 3 or 4 days with fine condition and bad system ..

                        add new subscription to CAS server..

                          That was the fear. That suggests that the error was externally caused, not internally caused. So if you are sure that you rolled back to a point in time where it was definitely working then it seems like you have something like DNS broken on the outside.
