Neverwinter Nights Diamond is free on GOG until 12/3.
Those were really some great DnD games. NWN and NWN2 were excellent to play co-op as well.

Went to go and get it and got all excited... then found out I had them already, lol.

Just finished my first real Arma 3 coop game. 4 hours, 50+ people in TeamSpeak. Really immersive and a great experience.

I have Arma2 with all dlc, but havent got 3 yet. my buddy keeps telling me to.A colleague kept talking about it, over and over again. Never played Arma 2, but I used to be an "Operation Flashpoint" junky.
I'm afraid that I will spend countless hours Arma 3, just like I did in Flashpoint.

This is not a problem as long as you let your significant other know where to find you, and what type of character to play to help you, ha ha.

I bought Rust on Steam last night, its entertaining, but the people are douches, just a huge kill fest.
I might setup my own server and play on that..
-
Which looks to be pretty easy....
Official server files and a more in-depth guide (microsoft) and the linux guide here.

I looked into it previously. It is a pretty easy setup. SteamCMD can be interesting but ever since they added the ability to be signed-in in more then one place it works wonderfully. My machine right now won't play RUST unfortunately.

I was getting very aggravated at the player base for the game, you spawn in nude with a stone and a torch.
When you die you randomly spawn within 500 meters of your corpse (of course people can loot your corpse). Very frustrating...
Barely have more than a stick and getting murdered over it.
-
Upgrade.
-
The game is a pre-release beta or something, and was up for $9 bucks (I think this goes until the 9th) so you could buy it now and upgrade in a little while.

Yep, that's the case with most of these types of games that spawned from DayZ... it really makes you lose what little faith you have left in humanity. If I'm not mistaken there is the option to play in a PvE mode.

If there is a PVE mode I didn't see it, but I'll take another look tonight. That might resolve the issue of me having to run my own server. Playing with people is nice... lol just not to be murdered because of dick-head kids.

I actually have been taking a break from gaming but I am looking forward to Guilty Gear XRD: Revelator for the PC. It's coming out December 14th.
-
Back into Endless Legend after beating Civ VI again. The story telling in Endless Legend is some of the best I've seen in a 4X.
-
@Kelly I absolutely love Endless Legend.

I originally got Endless Space because I'm a sucker for space based 4X games, and it was so well done that I started looking at the rest of their games. I'm still not convinced on Dungeon of the Endless, but I'll probably play it if I get it in a bundle. Either way, they make fantastic games, with an unexpected story that also allows modding. So much win
