Every con has lots of "sailor bubba" caliber folks, as well as PLENTY of superhot women playing dress up. Where your gaze rests is up to you.

It can be, and usually is. Just be aware that there is usually a Sailor Bubba at every con also. Luckily there is usually only one or two.
Sadly this seems to be becoming a thing - I didn't click on your link for fear of wanting to gouge out my eyes. - but hairy dudes dressing up as slave leia, or super over weight people wearing a thong... yeah.. great that they aren't body shy, but I really just don't want to see it.

I don't do the Star Wars con circuit, but I can imagine. I've done enough Anime cons as well as GenCon for decades.
