He was the brother-in-law on Breaking Bad... decent actor did a good job in that show.

That is awesome. I believe you can smoke if you want to but I hate it. My wife before we got married was in an apartment complex and you could smell smoke all the time in her apartment like we were smoking, from her neighbors. She has asthma and so does her youngest and it really bothers them. She went to give notice because she was going to move out. They looked at who live on either side of her and told her please wait one month. They were in the process of evicting those tenants. They then made those two apartments non-smoking. They told her that she was a very good tenant and didn't want to lose her.

I like Panama. The entire country is smoke free.
