Apparently put them into exploding fidget spinners, ha ha. (Being sarcastic here, but it sure seems legit!).

They're not terribly expensive Get them used for $50 and up... New are around $150 or so (ours was a gift, lol)

I blame my wife, and her family. They work great for back pain and neck pain.
Admittedly, I'm not sure if it'd be helpful for things like pulled muscles.
