Many casualties reported. 120 apartments burned in the 24 story building.

Seeing the picture I would image the building will need to be demolished if it doesn't collapse.

Yeah that builing will have to come down. It also didnt look as if it had any built in fire suppression system.

(Just my opinion based on the news coverage and video)

                      Wow. That's rough. 😞

Thoughts & prayers go out to the families there, for sure.

Similar stuff? Just maintenance issues grounding them?

@scottalanmiller Stuff like that should happen more often. Fixing corruption, incompetence and laziness in government starts at the local level, not at the top.

I could start a very long rant about the incompentence of Seattle's leaders, but i wont as i am sure it is the same where everybody else lives. Vultures, all of them.

I could have sworn there was a law in place protecting officials when they act within their official capacity. Maybe that's just citizens sueing officials.

I spent a good part of today trying to get ahold of friends that are close to there. They are fine (not even in Mali right now).

Another terrorist attack in London overnight, seems to be a "retaliation attack" - but targeting peaceful Muslims that have never done anything wrong...

Was that confirmed? Assuming you're talking about the vehicle that ran over some people? The last report I read said that they didn't know if it was just an accident or intentional?
