The tumbleweeds, piled several feet high, blocked most of Wyoming SE on Friday morning, city officials said. Cleanup crews had the pile cleared from traffic within a few hours.
Basically there is nothing in this story. It didn't happen at an AF Base just "kinda near one" and it was just a pile of weeds, nothing more. The wind blew a bunch of weeds and they sort of collected on a bit of the road.
Well, in reality, that is a little more newsworthy than the Global Climate Summit going on in Paris this week...
