O365:Outlook Shared Mailbox issue
We have a few Shared Mailboxes. For some reason I have one person that the mailbox disappears from her OUTLOOK.
There are 5 people assigned to the mailbox, the others do not seem to have a problem with accessing it,.. It shows up in the Mail Folder list, they can expand it, and check mail.
However this one user can not...
What version of Outlook are we discussing?
I have Office 2010 and it didn't 'connect' on mine either. the user will have either 2010 or 2007.
I did remember something about open,. so I was able to File, Open, and go that route... Just seems odd that it was there, and then it dropped.
