I want to make sure I understand what you said - you're saying that even though the user shutdown the computer, then had to use the power button to turn it back on, it was still showing as up for xx days?

I want to make sure I understand what you said - you're saying that even though the user shutdown the computer, then had to use the power button to turn it back on, it was still showing as up for xx days?
Because fast shutdown means a shutdown is not actually shutting down the OS> it is only hibernating.
We have discussed this before.
