Hi everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself & my company www.telephonydepot.com. We are a VoIP hardware provider with some of the best pricing in the country on Grandstream, Yealink, Polycom, Digium, and more. If anyone has an upcoming VoIP project requiring CPE I would love to help! If you are a reseller let me know & I can set you up with a reseller account. Jim Lehr 800-337-1358 x8115 or [email protected]. Thanks!
I can attest, Jim is my favorite Phone vendor to deal with!! @jaredbusch @networknerd @fiyafly @scottalanmiller

This is very good to know! Thank you @jimlehr

@JimLehr can you tell me if the Yealink T3X series is being discontinued? I have a client that will be moving on a system in the next few weeks.
Also, I will be placing an order for a T42G for testing later this afternoon! -
Welcome to the community!
-
@JaredBusch I've heard that rumor as far as the 36G is concerned. As of right now we don't have an official announcement from Yealink & we have a shipment of T38Gs coming in next week. Email me if you need a quote for the 42G - reseller price on that is $103. Thanks!
-
@JimLehr
We (Bundy & Associates) do not resell. If I recommend a device to a client it is because I think it is right, we get no cut.Making account for that client on your website now.
-
I actually had the numbers mixed up on the earlier post. The 38G is rumored to be discontinued soon but there are a lot of them still available. The 32G we're hearing the same thing as they push toward the 4x series. I will keep an eye out for he Bundy & Associates order & make sure it gets out to you right away. Thanks again!

@jimlehr Why do you have a big warning on the T42G that is has not power supply when in the item description it does?
You also have the T41P listed as T41G: http://www.telephonydepot.com/Catalog/Yealink/Yealink-SIP-T41G
-
The 32G was such a good model.
-
I love my 38G.
-
I've seen that phone listed as both 41P & 41G - Yealink's website does have it as 41P so I will have our guys change the website. Also good call on the line stating the PSU is included with the 42G - that should state "not included"

Order placed today (finally). Thanks for the feedback Jim. I also used the chat on your website and spoke with John for another question prior to placing my order. Great customer service!

We've recently been transitioning primary suppliers. With them being active here, I'm sure we'll want to have a conversation with them!
-
@scottalanmiller Well active is a now month ago, but the company had good service when I placed a order for some demo phones a few weeks back.
-
Just submitted a sales inquiry, via their website, with a question for a smallish order of 35 phones and some accessories.
-
Hi Jared. What email address or company name did you use to submit the quote request? I will follow up on it now. Thanks!
-
@JimLehr Gerry Paul answered my request with a simple quote. I replied with more details and he updated the quote. Q109926.
Great customer service.
I do have a question on purchasing that I have not asked Gerry yet. Can we pay by means other than credit card? I would prefer not to give the credit card company a percentage of this purchase. I did no see anything obvious on the website. -
Nice to see a supplier on here
Hopefully should look after the members accordingly.
