        You are ok. Yes we do see that we have a client who has been down a ton the last few days.

            But only one way goes down either incoming or outgoing. Both only happened once. But it continues to go on and off since last Thursday.

              That's essentially the same as what happened here. Earlier today it was inbound worked fine every time but outbound was completely hosed. Now we seem to be "ok," but it appears not every outbound calls is working. And there's no distinct pattern to it either.

              Does the client you mention above have redundant trunks with NexVortex setup on the PBX as mentioned in the SW thread above? I've not done that.

                    I have never used them but all of the conversations that I see about them do not seem to be all that positive.

                      These issues are the first I have experienced with using them for SIP trunking. They have been rock solid otherwise.

                        Yeah we have a couple other clients who have used them and never had an issue. The one particular customer needs and exorcism of their environment everything that can possibly go wrong will. NexVortex is just in a long line of things right now.
