More toxic clients / people

It seems to me that we have delt with more toxic clients in the last 2 years than the previous 12 years in business. I don't know if it's the pandemic or what has changed but have people just generally become jerks?

@CCWTech I think some have become dumber as well. Whether that is from COVID brain or we're just more observant now, I'm not sure.

@CCWTech I can say the same way right now, a lot of businesses want to do their own IT or do shadow IT.

Other industries, like the airlines, are reporting the most toxic behaviour in their histories (which are a little longer than IT's history), so there is a really strong chance that this is a general trend. But, I wonder how it plays out from region to region. Is it global, or national.

@scottalanmiller That actually depends for sure, it is the same in youth sports which also has a trend too.

It's so weird, especially after learning other cultures now that I don't live in the USA to watch how people act in the USA.

Yeah, you rarely get that same weird entitled attitude anywhere else.
