Latest blog on MeshCentral: https://meshcentral2.blogspot.com/2019/01/meshcentral2-os-support-browser-tabs.html. Lots of improvements, but obviously, still a lot more to do. If you don't want to read it all, just look at the pictures

@Ylian -- Keep up the great work! The blog was a nice read too.
-
Looks interesting.. I'll have to look into this more. At least for personal use, and maybe company.

I installed it, and installed 2 agents, but they are not showing up, must have messed up on config or something.. guess i gotta dig around. might try just spin up a windows server vs Ubuntu to see of that works.
*Edit, figured it out.. re-did node ./node_modules/meshcentral --cert example.servername.com to reflect my ip since i dont fqdn setup yet since im only in testing state

It can only show the resolution of what your display is showing you at home.
This isn't line Linux - where you are launching a remote GUI session... Instead, you are seeing a mirror of the GUI on that computer, as the computer user in front of it see it.

It shows the native resolution but scaled and constrained to the browser window. This is not like ScreenConnect where you can get the full screen native resolution.

Thanks, that worked. guess it adjust the resolution for speed or something, i changed the resolution on the remote pc and shows much better. Not sure why I didn't think of that earlier. I'm just kinda used to TV.

Interesting - is there no monitor attached to the device you are remoting into? If there is, and you've now pushed the signal outsize the displayable ability of that monitor, at least - you won't be able to use it when you get back to that machine (until you remote into it and change it back) at worst - you're damaging the monitor - I've heard of incorrect sync doing that - though I've never seen it first hand.
