Razer Core X Chroma eGPU brings back the rainbow

Razer's latest external GPU adds all the features that didn't make the cut for last year's Core X, like Chroma lighting support and an Ethernet jack
Razer's Core X Chroma brings back the features which the company dropped from its sleeker Core V2 external GPU when it launched the "affordable" Core X line about a year ago: The USB hub, Ethernet connection and support for two-zone Chroma lighting (one zone on the side, one in the front.)

Google’s Tilt Brush is coming to the Oculus Quest

                    VR painting, no strings attached.
Tilt Brush, Google’s virtual reality painting tool, is coming to Oculus’ new standalone Quest headset. Thanks to the Quest’s two motion controllers, the app should work in a similar way to how it does on the Oculus Rift, although Google has said it’s had to make a number of tweaks to allow the software to run on the Quest’s mobile processor.

GNU/Linux is Being Eaten Alive by Large Corporations With Their Agenda

A sort of corporate takeover, or moneyed interests at the expense of our freedom, can be seen as a 'soft coup' whose eventual outcome would involve all or most servers in 'the cloud' (surveillance with patent tax as part of the rental fees) and almost no laptops/desktops which aren't remotely controlled (and limit what's run on them, using something like UEFI 'secure boot')

Samsung's futuristic Galaxy Fold is launching this month, and the device has already made its way to a select group of reviewers and influencers. During the run-up to the device's launch, there were concerns about the durability of the folding display, and now after just a few days with the public, the device is already experiencing problems. There are numerous reports of Samsung's $2,000 device breaking after a single day, sometimes due to poor durability, other times due to user error.

@dafyre while I would agree, waiting or choosing another phone entirely is best, as the article states, this is purely "early adopter" territory.

Avoid anything that bends for at least a year or two

Or more accurately when Apple is ready to release then consider the players.

ROFL. If Apple comes out with a folding phone that ain't terrible (this is quite possible) and doesn't cost any more than the Galaxy Fold (... maybe. The Huwei foldable phone is closer to $2600!), I'd consider switching back.

I know it's early adopter, I don't mind that... But I don't want the thing to fall apart on me the first day... give me a week, at least.

But I promise not to pull off the plastic cover for the foldable display, lol. I might even open the phone up and spread some super glue around the outer edges just to keep dust out, lol. (I'd give my phone a few hours to dry before folding it again!)
