Why do Microsoft feel the need to tell us what browser to use? didn't they get in trouble with this years ago regarding browser monopolisation. I just don't think there is any need for it..
I'm already about done with Windows. Just gotta get my graphics card working for the things i want, and I'll be in good shape.

Did you hear that apple even stated they are concerned about the price of it and that only something like 20% of apple users are planning on upgrading. . . lol.

@dafyre Starting to feel the same way, when I do fully move over, I will probably go over to Deepin, quite like where that distro is going. I feel it's just a shame about Windows 10, they had everything so right in Windows 7. Don't get me wrong, there are some nice features to windows 10, like the improved task manager and the right click start menu shortcuts to device manager etc..but that's about it......

Yeah. I was just telling somebody else today that I actually like WIndows 10 -- BUT -- Microsoft juts needs to stay out of our way.

@dafyre Another thing I detest is this windows as a service crap.... All I need is Security updates...
Not for your default pdf reader or browser to be reset when windows feature updates have been installed, and yes you can ignore, but it will soon keep telling you to install it. Lets not forget they are moving everything about and changing the OS in stages (control panel) for example, some bits here some bits there.....It's just a mess at the minute I think....Microsoft are doing so well with their 365/Azure platform, but I believe they have got windows 10 so wrong.... I just don't see this getting better at all.
Anyway, hoped you all enjoy my love for windows 10

The EU passes article 13, which essentially blocks all copyrighted materials, even satirical forms of it.
This is probably the worst piece of legislation in the history of the EU

Better not say that too loudly... They'll take it as a challenge.

I guess it's time to find tune those geo-blocking technologies and let the EU die off on it's own.

Google f**king gets it.
"Critics have derided this as a "link tax," and they've pointed out that similar efforts were not very successful in Germany and Spain. Google responded by simply de-listing German and Spanish news sites from the Google index, an action that hurt the publishers a lot more than it hurt Google."

Hell no!

What happened to Azure the other week? Here's the story:

Umm why not? It is a great overall device.
Unless you are just trying to fanboy hate.
The features are simply the normal see-saw with Samsung.
The S9 is $719 MSRP and the S9+ is $839 MSRP.
The Note9 is $999 MSRP.So really it is simply a matter of which operating system you prefer.

I'd be willing to give one a try because I'm on my last thread with Samsung and/or Android, but... not for over $1k.

Been a iPhone user from day one but my response will be the same for any phone at that price.

These days, with the smaller monthly charges, I simply get the phone that I think I want. Yeah, $55, or $60 a month is a lot for a phone, but since it replaces a tablet for me as well... I'd be fine with that.
Right now, I'm leaning Android. Another year or two ... who knows.

I bought the Pixel for 650, so it was worth it to pay it upfront.

What's the best iPhone you can get for the least $?
