People always say that it is so much easier to get support for Windows than anything else and you can't find Linux people anywhere. But is this true? Why does this not play out in the market?

Yeah I liked this too. I totally believe all that too. I even experienced this recently too from talking to a Windows admin and yet the average Linux person who may not even be an admin just knows vastly more it seems. Anyway, good video and thanks!

Very different expectations from each socially. If you treated Windows like people treat Linux typically, you'd get a very different experience. The platform is powerful and ready but people often treat it as a second class citizen. What's really odd is the people doing that are normally the people that will only use Windows.

You are entirely correct. The people like that it seems will not even consider anything else and would rather pay big license fees than learn other systems.
