Comparing Vultr images
-
I would love to use Vultr for this but they have been sold out of storage instances for months. I check at least once a day most days. Every once in awhile, they will have a 125GB(?) instance pop up but that isn't enough.

You can buy block storage and attach it to a Compute instance.

@jaredbusch Interesting. I didn't know they offered that. Thanks for that!

From your main page

@wrx7m but you have to get the compute instance in NJ
-
@jaredbusch Thanks for the steps. Do you know if you are able to dynamically expand the block storage?
-
not used it more than once as a test, so no idea.

Use LVM with it, doesn't matter weather it's dynamically enabled by Vultr or not, it just is.

Asked Vultr about the ISO Library.
Also @scottalanmiller or @gjacobse please split this topic from @scottalanmiller's post
https://mangolassi.it/post/320635
into a new topic named: "Comparing Vultr images"

I don't know which idiot cannot follow directions. I very clearly specified which post to split this topic from.
The random split this happened at makes absolutely no sense because you did nto split out a single piece of the f***ing conversation about the Fedora packages on Vultr.......

@jaredbusch Did they reply to your actual question?
