Worth giving that a shot and downloading a different minimal iso.

Try installing snipe-it manually. -

I've tried against both the FQDN I want to give it internally. Let me confirm on the port settings.

How did it break your system?
It never completes a reboot.
The progress bar works across the bottom of the screen and then just sits there for ever. Not bothered to test further. It was almost 2am.

Maybe setenforce is causing my issue . . .
