I have been using deskroll for about a couple weeks now. Its $29.99 a month and allows for quick and easy remote access to cusotmer's PCs and Servers. The end user downloads a small exe file and opens the file. It then gives them a computer number which they send over to me. I can login to my deskroll console from any internet browser or my mobile device. When you close deskroll, you have the option to either delete the small exe you just downloaded or you can install a client for continued support.
DeskRoll is fairly complex for an internet browser based application, you can control connection speed, do remote restarts, file transfers and many other handy tasks. While Deskroll is great for infrequent support since it requires no install. I would eventually like to use Remote Utilities for regular support since they offer remote MSI installation and AD integration.
Overall, I am very happy for $30 a month.

How many computers can you support for $30/month?
I know there's some bad blood with LMI, but for $299 you get up to 100 client machines you can control, but it's as easy to deploy for the end users I guess.
Also, do the end users have to have local admin rights to use it?
Compared to LMI Recue's $130/month price tag - this looks like it could be a worthwhile look.

Wow.. concurrent licensing, so it's not tied to a user, i.e. an entire IT department could share a single or a few accounts, with unlimited end user devices.
I wonder how long that will really last?

For the first year that is basically the same price as ScreenConnect which is also based on concurrent licensing. So the base pricing is ok. Screenconnect becomes more cost effective over time if you pay them yearly to continue to get upgrades (80% discount on $350 purchase price is only $70). So after that it would come down to extra features.
