Ninja RMM - Really good tool

@dafyre Hi there! We don't publish pricing on the website for two reasons:
-
The pricing varies based upon the country you're in. We have distributors in different parts of the world catering to different markets. If you look at any of our competitors, they don't publish pricing on their website for the same reason
-
There are all types of customizable bundles possible so depending on your requirements (if you want just RMM or backup/Teamviewer/Webroot/Vipre/MalwareBytes/RepairShopr etc.), we create custom quotes for you.
I can promise you the pricing is not very steep and your respective distributor will take good care of you.
Cheers!

Please get in touch with the distributor (www.zedsphere.com) and they can help you with the pricing.
Again, the pricing varies based upon the modules you buy (RMM/Antivirus/Anti-malware/Backup/Remote Control/PSA etc.)You can also reach out to me ([email protected]) and i'll make sure you get someone to work with you.
Cheers!

As an MSP that works all over the world and supports customers all over, how does that work?
-
@scottalanmiller As far as I can tell, the price will be decided on your home base where you registered 'your' company.

That's problematic because competitors in certain markets would get better prices not based on what they were doing, but on their nationality. It would make it potentially important to use a local representative from a different market to do the purchasing.
The world is a global place and software, especially SaaS, has no regionality. Having different prices for different people based on nothing but their nationality is, IMHO, an extremely bad practice. Software does not play well in the "barter" system. It's not like physical products where the price is the same except for logistical and tax costs which are evident by jurisdiction. Simply charging different prices to reward or punish people by their race or nationality is short sighted at best. Any useful discount would justify someone creating a presence for the sole purpose of acquiring the software.

Any multi-national company would have a base in many countries. So that's not a clear form of determination.
-
@Breffni-Potter I bet your prices are way higher than ones to the US or Canada.
-
@scottalanmiller Let me get back to you with the specifics. Also, you can reach me @ [email protected] to discuss in detail. Thanks.

As I'm sure a lot of people here are confused, as I was... @Breffni-Potter linked us to a distributor, not to the vendor in question. Here is the website for the actual product from which @AJNinjaPM comes. This all makes rather a bit more sense since the original post and link made it sound like a UK-only product and the complete lack of info on the distributor's site did nothing to sell the product, especially to those outside of the UK.

Every law and tax reg I have seen contradicts this.
Where is NTG legally registered? Tax regs, software import/export rules, all manner of things go into the selling of SaaS products.

Been on a trial with these guys and I am really impressed. They've been around for awhile and they have now entered the UK. They have chosen Zedsphere as their partner who are the guys I mainly deal with for Webroot bits.
How is this unclear?

Who knows, but why turn people off a good product with regional pricing. They can find out otherwise.

You are missing that companies normally have separate arms in each country. For example, US companies can't legally do business in India or the Philippines, you have to create a new entity there. So which one would buy the SaaS products? They are all separate companies, all fully registered, but normally only one purchases the products - especially since they normally need their software to function as a single entity, not be regionalized.

@dafyre can i put together some Ninja pricing for you? I work for the UK distributor.

@rustcohle Would you like some Ninja pricing. I work for Zedsphere - the UK distributor.

Hey @RickZedsphere -- I was just interested in generic pricing per device in the US when you have a few minutes.
-
@dafyre Sure, no problem. There are a number of product combinations you can go for depending on your requirement. I.e. you can bolt in TeamViewer and Webroot or add in a PSA etc.
So, it is probably best for me to get a US based colleague to reach out to you. Are you able to provide me with an email address or contact number?

I was just curious about generic prices for the moment. I'll let you know once I have time to chat with someone.
Thanks!
