Just got another call from Comodo from an Unknown Number. Same rep, answered (because I'm stupid) and asked him to take my email and phone number off the list and they we won't be considering any Comodo products in the future. I like Comodo as a company but man that's some bad salesmanship.
We had the same experience. Product was okay, but the company was impossible.
I have completed working on this for now. Moving forward if there is a delay in check in and your machine is on, treat like a bug and contact me.

Perfect, server just went down briefly for another very small release (idiotic me forgot to move the logging level back down so I was getting spammed with information I don't need as I monitor the server (yes this needs to be changable but atm is hardcoded)).
I guess I’m not finding the place users go to submit tickets?
Maybe I need to first add some users 😄 ?
Currently there is only the one interface for tickets. We do absolutely acknowledge the need for a form of web portal though/email input. This is definitely high on the list of requirements for our ticketing system. We are revamping a good portion of that system though, so likely in that revamp we will be including the web portal as well.
I think it was mentioned somewhere else we are on boarding some developers currently so hopefully we can attack more things at once.
For those wondering, SS project is on hold. Kind of. It's still talked about all the time but other software projects, with more pressing needs, have come up. We have a team working actively on the back end of SS, but the front end, which is the most interesting, we have to start over and it's going to be a long time before we can look at the front end again. But we are continuing to research and prepare for the day when we can focus on it again.
