Finally that is initializing. Would've been nice to know that I couldn't go straight to the latest and greatest. But whatever.
Firmware flashed and the array is initializing.

The directional one is an unbranded LED spotlight from Amazon. My dad bought it, didn't need it, and gave me two of them. So sadly, I have no idea how to reference it again.
The floor lamp, if it was on, is the stock IKEA orange plastic desk lamp.

Turns out to be a defective piece of hardware that HPE is sending a tech out to replace. Love that I wasted all of that time and energy, but hey you've got to prove it's not a configuration/corruption issue.
