Just got this ticket.

Hi Guys –

Please populate this workbook with Development names and emails in the format it is in.

Thank you

With an excel attachment, in the attachment 3 columns titled, email, first name, last name

Nothing else.....

Yeah I know who submitted it, but our email convention is very simple,

its a simple exchange command, but yes does seem like it could be someone skillfully scraping emails.

Nope, I didn't even respond, the person who sent in the ticket, has a team of 10 people, if he doesn't know who is on his team, and they're emails then we have bigger issues.
