ug.. so they are still having those problems.. that sucks!
When have they not had known issues? Back in the IBM days they were great, now they're known spyware on your network.
Well yeah, I know they were with superfish, but I had guessed they had solved that when they finally released drivers that removed that shit!
are you telling me they never became stable again after that crap years and years ago?
All that said - I continue to refuse to buy Lenovo stuff because of their history, so I have no recent experience with them.
Which drivers removing what? Remember that they had so many security issues so quickly that everyone got them all confused and assumed they fixed everything when they did not.

There was only one driver related issue that I recall - that was superfish itself. They injected shit into the driver that allowed them to see anything they wanted...
the other issue I recall from that time was BIOS to OS injection shit for lenovo updater, or whatever else they called it... sure some people call that malware, some call it a feature, meh, assuming that the software itself wasn't breaking security it wasn't an issue in my opinion... definitely not to the level superfish was.
My case, I had to install a completely different WiFi card to get a normal Intel provided driver to work in my lenovo laptop... completely bypassing their BS keyed driver.

Have a Lenovo laptop acting crazy with WiFi networks.
They are famous for that. A lot of people replace the hardware!

Yeah, not as much, but it's still there.

They never did. We found that Windows never worked on some of the older gear. But Linux, no problem. It's all driver issues, it seems.

They definitely had connection issues beyond their superfish issues. Just like failing connections kind of stuff.

So you couldn't get a good windows driver, but you could get a good Linux driver? were they no longer keyed? or did Lenovo just release a good unjunked Lenovo driver?

Oh, didn't know that, very little exposure on my part - Good I guess... though back then I had connection with WiFi on windows with pretty much everyone, not just my Lenovo...

Basically. The Windows drivers were flaky. Linux uses the built in kernel drivers and they worked great.

Maaaybe you need a good chair? I just bought a new chair for my home office and it has been heaven for my lower back. Where does your problem come from? Too much sitting or too much exercise?

No, you're supposed to shit into the toilet, not on the toilet. Fail!
