Troubleshooting my wireless UniFi AP-AC-Lite as I'm only get 10 Mbps down and 20 up on the 5Ghz spectrum channel 44. .
Which seems like a recent issue (within the past 24 hours).

have you checked teh wired connection to see what's up there?

@scottalanmiller The cable to the AP is fine, i made it myself, tested it and confirmed it's good.
And nothing has hit it or damaged it.

I meant check the wired connection overall, is it getting normal speeds or has your entire network slowed down, not just the AP.
