I'm sure it's on the unit somewhere, but I don't see a LAN connection to actually connect to the network.
Just the PoE ports.
It must be hiding.

nope, it's just a multi-poe injector...we had one at the last place I worked.

Just pass through PoE. I've used those before.

No but the linked item does. Basically you put a data cable into the LAN side. PoE+Data come out the other side.

I would use the Ubiquiti ToughSwitch. They have been around forever.
