@pete-s wow no more than 1 year ago aruba switches (hpe) where served with real lifetime. Did they cut warranty so much?! Also they where replaced within 1 week. I've seen a lot of netgear go crazy, but it was the unmanaged tier stuff.

Doesn't really matter. If you have no traffic on any other DSCP tags those priorities never apply.
Also does not matter much if you are not saturating the switch port in the first place.
