FreePBX RingGroup Ring Time issue

 I am trying to setup a RingGroup that forwards to a cell phone. I set the Ring Time to 40 seconds but the call hits a busy signal after about 28 seconds. Is there somewhere else I need to extend the ring time? I am using Confirm Calls so that the calls do not go to the user's cell voicemail. Not sure if that is part of the issue. Thanks

FollowMe is more or less a ring grop, but it is not a ring group. IMO, you don't want a ring group to include a mobile, it just adds problems. Have the ring group fail to an extension with FollowMe and let that ring to the mobile.
