Why http images on mangolassi?
-
Why are there images served over http on mangolassi.it?
-
Been like this for a while, images in question:

-
Mostly because people type http instead of https and they aren't hosted by ML so there isn't much that can be done.
-
Images are mostly linked to outside sources. So if they don't use https, we can't use it.

@Obsolesce said in Why http images on mangolassi?: So many images are just linked from other websites. How would ML encrypt the connection to those other websites images?

How would ML encrypt the connection to those other websites images? I didn't really look, but it probably just converts it to https from http.... like rewrites it. But again, I didn't look at how it works.

There are relatively few images on ML. The images that @StuartJordan showed are the ones that are http. They are profile images hosted on rackcdn.
